Fresh-air handling units are installed in the building and it’s a 4-sided ventilated building.

Is there corrosion/rust protection equipment and fixtures installed and exterior material?

All MEP outdoor units are specified to have corrosion resistivity, Porcelain tile cladding and double-glazed glass is used for easy maintenance.

Is there a driver’s room?

Yes, in the basement.

2 dedicated emergency staircases.

Can the inner structure of the apartments be altered OR can the apartments be merged (2-bed or 3-bed)?

There are no columns inside apartments. The layouts were developed on a modular grid to facilitate merging, if required, with alterations in the design (depends on approval).

Will the tower have GAS connections or will the water temperatures/kitchen/stove be electricity-powered?

Gas connections are given for cooking and electric water heaters are installed in each apartment.

What about STP?

Not a part of the building.

How will the water supply be managed? Do we have any dedicated RO plants?

The water is supplied be the local authorities.

Is there a dedicated power backup or a commonly shared generator?
